• --Casey will be our representative to the CARS Conference.
• --Special Education Workshop: What are districts being sued for; new cases; “Where Are We Screwing Up?”; New challenges; FEPC
• --Resolutions – Meeting with Assemblyman Nava on January 26; will he decide to carry our bills.
• --CTC Special Education Work Group – TheresaAnn Sams was appointed as the Special Education Committee representative if she gets approved.

Future Plans

• --Look into intervention – EC-K12 Council
• --Joint meetings with CTA Special Education Committee
• --Lobby Day – Meet with Legislative Representatives regarding our “Hot Button” issues
